BOTeome
AI assisted proteomics research
BOTeome is an LLM-based Chatbot trained on proteomics data. It is being developed in collaboration with Dr. Zacharie Taoufiq from the Synapse Biology Unit at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technoly. It serves as an integrated pipeline that includes Data Analysis, Machine Learning, SQL, and LLM interaction to answer biology questions from proprietary lab obtained data.
It is still under development, but a previous an initial demo can be tested here. If the bot is asleep, you need to restart it and wait a few minutes for the model to be loaded.
